We aim to reply within a few working days. To help us respond usefully, please include the page you are writing about and, if you are reporting an error, what the correct information should be and where it can be verified.

Please do not send us passwords, OTPs, screenshots containing account credentials, or identity documents. We never need any of those, and no legitimate service will ask you for them.

Corrections Policy

Payment timings, VIP thresholds, payout multipliers and state legal positions all change. If you find something out of date or wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If a correction materially changes the advice on a page, we will update the review date shown in the footer.
